Gratitude Challenge Printable: Free 28-Day Workbook

One of the best ways to put yourself in a better mindset is to challenge yourself to focus on gratitude.

Admittedly, showing gratitude and appreciation for your life can be hard. No doubt it’s easier to get overwhelmed by life problems and end up stuck in a downward cycle of negative thinking.

The problem with constant negative thinking is that it makes you focus on what you lack –lacking time, lacking money, lacking love, etc. But when you focus on gratitude, you direct your energy to show thankfulness for the things you have in your life, rather than obsess over the things that you do not have.

Gratitude allows you to operate from an abundance mindset, rather than a scarcity mindset. Creating this attitude of gratitude and abundance mindset does not simply happen overnight. It’s a habit that builds on itself the more you practice it. So how do you do it?

  • First: You have to realize that like being happy, being grateful is a choice that you must make on your own.
  • Second: You have to agree to work on expressing that gratitude throughout your daily life.
